• Master release timing: Do not just tap the shoot button from deep. Watch your character reach the apex of their jump before letting go to dramatically increase your three-point percentage.
• Protect against fast breaks: If you miss a perimeter shot, retreat immediately toward your own basket to contest any incoming alley-oops or runaway dunks.
• Mix up drives and perimeter shots: If the opposing defender camps under the net to block your dunks, step back behind the three-point line to punish their passive positioning.
• Time defensive swipes carefully: Reaching for steals recklessly leaves you out of position and opens up an uncontested lane to the basket.
